How long does it take to renew a US passport at the embassy in Bangkok?

Can’t speak for Thailand, but just got a replacement in Japan for my lost one. Mailed everything to the embassy in Tokyo, was told 4-6 weeks. Got an email March 24th saying it was received and started processing. On the morning of 27 March I woke up to an email saying my new one was complete and in the mail

When should I complete the online entry requirements for Thailand if I'm traveling for 11 days?

I did mine on my phone 2 days prior to arrival. When I got to immigration, I had the approved pdf pulled up from my email, handed the officer my passport, boarding pass and phone. Scanned my fingerprints, was handed everything back, and on my way
