I have cameras all over the place, but only for at night or when no one is around. If I did not trust an employee I would not hire them. I also dont want people feeling they are spied on.

Just make it, sign it, video it bring made photo yourself holding it. Keep copies or pass copies to relevant people. That's a Thai will or do the same with witnesses that's a legal Thai will. At least that's the law now. In era of deep fakes who is safe?
