This is a problem.The income from abroad must be a pension or something like that and has to be confirmed by your embassy or consulate .Sending it allone with wise will not be accepted.

Yes But Not with an onewayticket.The Airline won't let him go. So He has to get a Visa or an onward ticket out of Thailand within the 60 days of visaexeption.
