and what do you do if during your stay you want to.apy for a retirement based residency visa? I want to use the 2 months as a get to know first.

So we are allowed to stay for 60 days now visa free is that correct if you are from the UK?

and if you leave Thailand during the 12 month extended Visa say on month 2 can you return to resume the 12 months?

sorry Graham I just need to ask one more. The way I was reading retirement Residency terms it seems to say (please correct me if wrong) that in essence if you apply for residency but say you wanted to spend 6 months here in the UK and 6 months over there, you lose residency status?

excellent . Am I correct in saying Graham, one approved you have 90 days in which to travel or it expires. And also once arrived you aren't allowed to leave the Country for a period of time?
