after 2 years I have figured out the public transportation in Bangkok. I love it keeps expanding. I like staying in Bang Na when in Bangkok and now it's covered with public transportation.

I love Bangkok. It took me a little while to figure out the train system but now I take it everywhere. I travel between Thailand and the Philippines all the time to avoid visa issues. I have also fallen in love with Filipina and Thai women which is easy to do.

I agree with several other posters. Public transportation is great in Bangkok but all the taxi's I have taken from either airport have been fair and honest with pricing.

Just purchase a cheap ticket to somewhere. Check prices for one way tickets on Air Asia. Tickets to Vietnam are very inexpensive.

I'm sorry for the responses you received. I asked a simple question in this group and received about 4 useful responses out of the group. Send a picture of yourself after you go through immigration. I will be joining you tomorrow from the Philippines using my emergency United States passport I received at the embassy in Manila yesterday. I will gladly post a picture of me in Bangkok tomorrow afternoon.
