Can I change from a DTV visa to a Non-O visa while in Thailand?

If you pay some money, every Visa can be changed in Thailand, so no problem you go on retirement. But it make no sense, because you even can extend DTV and can stay all year, even on money know difference 500j for DTV,800k for Nono retirement extension

i do not have Internet Banking i do not have debit card,, i only using credit card since 20 years no problem..Bit WHO knows in the future i think now i take another credit card in case.. Thailand is not reliable anymore

I don't think they except it, i than i can do easy i Trading thirty years. If you only need a visa for you can trade online... Forget it nobody interest in that but i think you need the visa for different case
