It says your name on the sim-card doesn't match the name in your mobile banking. When renewing the passport,you must go to your branch to update personal settings, meaning the passport number. Same with phone number when changing sim-card, and email-address if you for some reason have a new one.

Like I said,the yellow house book works in provinces way of the beaten track,like for example in Isaan.In other provinces,it's totally useless.

I'm staying in Jomtien and I've been here many years. If I travel in Thailand,it doesn't matter how many hotels I stay at. When I do my 90-days reports,my TM30 in my passport is still valid and I'm back on track. I just need to return to the last reported address. Get it? I don't know where you're staying,but that's how it works here. So,the system works.
