 anymay.. you must create a thai company to do any business in Thailand .. not allowed freelance ..

To get 1 work permit you must hire 4 thai people..

Law are very strick with foreigner who wanted make business..

Need big money and very good lawyer advices

You are not allowed to work without Visa business + work permit..

You are investor in a thai company as minority sharehoders at 49%.

You must be President of the company with a mention in the company statue as you are the only one person to make decicion..

Use a lawyer to make the status

A visa business not allowed you to work without work permit.

To get a work permit they are 2 ways

- work for a company

- create your own thai company, 1 work permit for 4 thai people employees

The cost of create a company depend of many things.. you need a lawyer to do it .. but will cost a least 50k/100k baht

Without long term visa.. hire an agent.. as Brandon said.. Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn and SCB (Commercial Thai Bank you can transfer over 50k bath using Wise)

Agent will cost few thousands baht..

But alone.. will be a big headches 😊😊
