You can walk at the juristic office, they are always agents to show you some room

CEO.. Yes.. but.. according the law.. Foreigner are allowed to be team manager.. director but in anyway not show properties, meet customer..

i know agents in BKK been arrested, deported and banned for years...

I used to own agency in the past...

Even doing marketing on social media is not allowed.

As foreigner he is not allowed to be real estate agent..

Even if he ownes agency, legally he is not allowed to meet customer...

You can tell him that you will denounce if he not refund your deposit

just take a flexible return ticket or bus/flight ticket to neigbouroud country .. then extend 30 days to your local immigration office

Yes true.. few years ago.. the immigation police came to inspect few condo project.. checked all contract of foreigners tenant.. and visa..if the contract was less than 1 month.. the owner got a fine, foreigners passport was kept by immigration..

In most of condo it is mentionned NO AIRBNB - NO SHORT TERM CONTRACT LESS THAN 6 MONTHS ARE ALLOWED
