You can apply for it from the official TDAC website. It's free of charge and beware of the websites that ask you to pay a fee

JoyfulPomegranate6770 Yes. If you have stayed 60 days and applied for 30-day visa extension, you will have to exit on the Day 90. So, in total, you are allowed to stay in Thailand for 90 days maximum and you must exit the country on the Day 90

If you wish to extend your tourist visa, you can visit the local immigration office in either Bangkok or Pattaya to apply for a 30-day visa extension, which would cost 1900THB. If you wish to stay longer than that, then ED visa might be a better option for you
