How much can I expect to pay for electricity and water in a small condo in Thailand, particularly when using air conditioning?

I pay about 2000 baht a month for electric and 200 a month for water that’s what I’ve been paying pretty much for the last 4 years living here. That’s a 84 Sqm condo so good size. You don’t need to sleep with ac on a good fan is much better for you and your bills in any case

Make sure you take photos of everything as if the leak gets worse you don’t want the landlord saying it was your fault etc and keep the messages also.

A few of them shall we say aren’t very good so make sure you cover your own ass as it’s your deposit etc that they’ll take

 very true and the ato is very strict with their monitoring just like the UK and US. do you also know there’s an offshore investment that is completely tax free for Aussies after 10 years
