As long as staying in a hotel for a night or two would enable me to get a TM30 receipt that would satisfy immigration then that would be ok

The TM30 is something I still have a question about. I'm not sure of my movements as yet and I may well book accommodations as I go along. If I stay in a hotel or apartment for and ask the owner/manager for a TM30 receipt would that be sufficient for immigration even if I am only staying at that particular place for a night or two?

That's what I have in mind. I've read they're good for around 48 hours after buying them

I do have my return ticket but I have read about a couple of incidents where the airlines have refused boarding to passengers who have no pre-booked onward travel within the 60 days visa exempt period.

Thanks. I think it will most likely be the immigration office at Hua Hin Blueport so I'll double check with them once I get there
