Edit in: you will also need to down load the attest self sign form from the CDC website to show at the airport at checkin in BKK

You can book and get the PCR test done at BKK/Pattaya or Memorial hospital, you must book in advance. Assuming you are in Pattaya, Tans taxis are very good. Look her up on FB
