TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on how early they can apply for a new Non O Visa, given that their current visa expires on June 6th, and they plan to leave Thailand on June 2nd. Several comments suggest that it may be possible to re-enter Thailand just before the current visa expires or to receive a new visa after the current one has expired. It is also noted that having a re-entry permit could extend their stay.

If you have a multiple re-entry visa and always get stamped in for 90 days? You can enter Thailand on 1st June and get stamped 90 days. Then get a re-entry permit for that stamp before you leave.

I believe you can't get a new visa until after the current one expires
