0 lak or 40$. You can also do it online, but last time i get there, the queue for evisa was really long and for normal visa i went straight.

Voa is 30, i guess you are talking about visa exempt who is 45 until end 2023.

Before, when you get covid in Thailand, you need to quarantine and when you get out, you get a paper you can keep as proof. Now, there is no quarantine anymore so you can just go in clinic or hospital if you need it.
