wow now I’m confused...the IO that issued the visa told me specifically I don’t have to go outside do visa runs...just go to local IMM office show proof of funds and marriage docs and they stamp it for another 90 days
the marriage visa allows me to stay in the country without going outside correct? As long as I go before 90 days and register a TM 47 ? You are saying it’s a maximum 90 days?
I was told in Canada that I don’t have to register at all this time if I leave before 90 days is up, but will have to register once I come back into the country next time... I have multi entry 1 year marriage visa issued in Canada
I have just arrived back here...now have a non O marriage first time... I don’t know if I’m supposed to register for TM 30 yet but trying to be proactive and at least get registered on the app
