I have been trying to get an evisa from the Thai Embassy in London. Despite help from people with computer literacy I am unable to obtain a 60 day tourist visa. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Even visa application companies in the UK say that the embassy website is not fit for purpose

I don’t know if you have used it Ron but it is not fine - I am from an IT compliance background and the UI and process flows are terrible

you were told wrong. Legally you DO have to file a TM30. Now whether you do or not is another thing entirely.

that app you linked to is NOT for the TM30 program, the eServices application only lets you do 90 day reporting online.

You want the application called Section 38.

I was told in Canada that I don’t have to register at all this time if I leave before 90 days is up, but will have to register once I come back into the country next time... I have multi entry 1 year marriage visa issued in Canada

Andy Bellamy well, I have been able to sort out the problems that people are having and know exactly how it works.....and I'm not from an IT background.

The issue is user error, caused by an overload of applications in the pending application folder, nothing else.

The site is fine. Visa application company's don't like it as it cuts the vultures out.

Every time you start it will save and continue, you really have to delete all and start with a clean sheet.
