Indeed, as a renter you can just fill everything in yourself and they accept it (for Jomtien immi). Was there today also for an extension but my tm30 was stamped wrongfully on

They need proof and 90 days will be fine. Be warned, they only process 200 visa/day. I used Jim's agency btw and they did a great job.

Not really true. You can get a non-b from EU countries without having it tied to a wp. Been there, done that. But I agree it probably would be very difficult if not impossible in Thailand's neighboring countries.

Some/most(?) nationalities can enter Thailand without a Visa and most of them will get 30 days entry. What's your nationality?
