Hi all, if you have a work permit in the field of IT and working for a company in Bangkok. Are you allowed to work from a neighbouring province like Chon Buri? I know nobody is going to check you if you work from home, I just want to know what the law says... Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you hold a work permit for an IT position in Bangkok, you are generally required to work at the specified location mentioned in your work permit. However, there is some flexibility for working from home in a neighboring province like Chon Buri, as long as the home address is consistent with the permitted work locations.
Hi Danny, I think we had a Skype call before? If your working location is Bangkok it's OK for you to have your home address in the same or neighbouring provice. You can PM me on Facebook for more info.
