Sara, if you are concerned about the integrity of the Villas, can you reserve for a short-time stay and then extend once you arrive? They are probably not busy this time of the year so extending your stay is likely to be easier.

This is a coincidence, I just did my 90 day extension @ DMCW yesterday and witnessed an applicant have his visa denied due to his passport did not have pages for "visas", there was only 3 empty pages meant for "Endorsements". Just a heads-up...
