TLDR : Answer Summary
To enter Thailand on a visa exemption, there is no officially stated minimum number of blank pages required. However, it is essential to have enough space for the visa exemption entry stamp and any exit stamps. Some users recommend having at least one or two clear pages, as issues have arisen when applicants had only endorsement pages. To avoid complications, it is advisable to ensure your passport has at least a couple of empty pages.

Just an update. Direct quote from my friend.
Apparently the page is just an endorsement page and not a visa page. I'm going to get a new passport and then just deal with the visa, etc from Thailand.

This is a coincidence, I just did my 90 day extension @ DMCW yesterday and witnessed an applicant have his visa denied due to his passport did not have pages for "visas", there was only 3 empty pages meant for "Endorsements". Just a heads-up...

They have never put stamps or visas on pages that have 'Endorsements' printed on them.

Those the last few pages in the back which nobody ever takes any notice ;-)

WOW, that's the first time I heard that they wouldn't put the stamp on any available page in a passport. :/ I didn't even know there were "endorsement" pages :O

On my previous passport I used all the pages. As long they can put stickers, stamps on it it's good.

If I remember good, I had 3 pages left before going to Laos to renew my TR visa, two stickers 2 pages and one page for all the stamps. I was good. I just looked in my old passport and I had 3

pages. Passport full.

What if you need a visa. That's at least a whole page.

Do not wait till the last page to find out that to get new visa or a border run will take up more than 1 page.

I don't believe there is a minimum number of blank pages you need.
There has to be adequate space to get the visa exempt entry stamp and the exit stamp.
