The Elite visa is also great for those of us that wish to remain in Thailand for the long term and do NOT wish to travel anywhere and apply for new visas.

Depends on what options you select Zack, anything is possible. Typically when overseas, you pay a % first then file a claim after you get home, unless it is an emergency.
