yes it was dated June 21, 2018 and I used it for my 90 day extension with no problem.

yesterday, officer at the L section.

She gave me the visa but told me in the future I could not use the Embassy letter that I would have to open a bank account.

Ok just really need the bottom line, do I need to open a bank account as she said, or can my US income with proof be good enough.

I am over 50.

I do have monthly income over the required amount.

Well she said and wrote 80k which equals to the one month $2500 US minimum requirement.
