yes - now it si pending. It's the first 90 days submitted online - but submitted many in the last 3.5 years. It's not for me but for my daughter who is 3.5 years old.

I just submitted it. received email and now waiting approval. The submission worked very easily

Oh noooo!!!! I hope they can amend that and that there is a way to do it earlier. 45 days would be great. I am in Bangkok indeed. My daughters extension expires on Oct. 4 but I am desperate to go to Italy. They are extending my own permits and as soon as mine are done I want to extend hers and take a long due trip back to my roots!

I think if she has an Non-Imm F their office should also MOFA.... Immigration division 1 does not deal with that. If Non-Imm O that's a different story then is imm division 1

So basically, ask your husband to ask his office to deal with this issue for you as you are on a Non-Imm F linked to him

This is to say. I am a consultant for the UN I have a Non-imm F but - since I am not staff - my accompany family members is Non-Imm O. My work deals with all matters related to my visa (as is an F). My family's eals with immigration (as they are on a non-o). If they were non-imm F my office would also take care of everything related to them through the MOFA.
