Try SCB and ask for a savings account. You can do everything with it that a normal account would give you.

You need a Thai mobile number as it’s part of their identity verification. You’ll also need your passport, visa and a Thai address.

Try Central World and also EmQuartier, if no luck with them try some of their other branches until you get lucky.
