It does not matter at all.

It would be a problem if you were doing vsa exemption runs. Otherwise you have done the right thing with the dtv

I would be concerned about you working and living in Thailand on the wrong visa.

That will be your issue if you have one imo,

While loads of people have done it, they don't show a thai bank account receiving work funds while on a tourist visa.

The 1st 90 days you report where you are living, the reason for leaving at 180 days is a separate report.

its only a report to state where you are living, nothing more than that. first time needs to be done in person and then you can file online, you are getting this confused with other reporting.
