Yes, writing a complain letter should do the trick. I’ve known people who actually glued their letter in their passport and wrote « Visa » on it with a red crayon. Works like a charm.

 too many restrictions for visas, problems with flights and expensive quarantine. Unless you have wife/girlfriend/family/job, Thailand is a pain.

 no tourist visas are given at the moment in Cambodia and everyone must quarantine.

 all... it was demonstrated with measles and mumps. A vaccine helps your immune system fight a virus. If a virus can get to you, you can then pass it on to an other individual.
