You will find that your approval will probably come through closer to your flight date

TDAC is an arrival card and has nothing to do with your visa. It can only be completed within 3 days of arrival so you can’t fill it in now

It varies at each embassy Some want 6 months some want 3 month’s some want 3 months but the 500k only has to show for the final balance

You can’t apply for DTV in Thailand so do it from home
