Regardless of all your details it is entirely up to the IO if you are granted entry and as things are being tightened up ( not changed) you may be better off getting a visa rather than relying on counting days

I always send by Australia post and have never had an issue (about 6 times) to Thai address in English

Yes it applies to you and no you can’t do it on line as the first one must be done I. Person and generally people leave after 180 days resetting the 90 day reporting
