true Dat. Many Indians speak English growing up in schools, Hinglish does happen like tamglish or any other quirks. However there are many like me who think in English & can speak it. The accent maybe different but not the popular NODDINGO style of it 😆

The biases are subtle & ingrained similar to the colonial mindset that still prevails

Most native English speaking people have only come across the many of the lackey call center folks with bad english & they presume the whole lot is that way.

they flat out discourage, even to interview or asses my English language skills - & that too for say under 11yo kids. I sense plain bias.

I'm looking for competent/progressive & democratic agencies to find work in Thailand.

There's character limit for the Colored Back Banner of the post & i wanted it remain colored instead of the WHITE if one happens to cross the character limit. Folks in here would pick on the sentence formation instead of addressing the genuine spirit behind it. Its a simple gaslighting approach that they'd automatically deny as well.

Apparently IF one crosses the limit one can have a WHITE background (pun intended, ofcourse - hope the comma here massaged your ego a tad bit, mate.) 😆🤣
