You don't need an income.. they litteraly ask you how much is your income on the application and you can select $0 and Unemployed and still be eligible for DTV... how do I know? I got it this way.

Did they not ask you for a plane ticket to thailand when you applied? They usually do this to see that you intend to enter thailand within the next 3 months and you say you plan to come in 6 months they will tell you to applly closer to that time...

I think the more information you give them the more it just complicates the process.. because they want to verify everything you tell then... I would only give them one bank account with 500k as requested, why include another smaller account that they did not ask for. Similar with workaction... I applied in UK and told them I'm unemployed with no income.. can do freelancing as 3d arist and included my portfolio + content creator and included screenshot from my youtube channel which was not even monetized that time and they never asked me for any contracts/company etc. Maybe I was just lucky how easy it was for me when I read some stories here.. but really, sometimes the more information you give them, the more complicated the process will be.

Just apply yourself... I did it from Manchester too.. it's dead simple, fill out the form on their website, attach any documents they need that's it.. you will get a reply if they need anything else to submit in a few days.

Air carrier would ask for it to see it.. and if you don't have it, they will put you aside until you complete it on your phone 😃 ...at least that's what I've seen before. But honestly, it's just a formality.. when going to Laos and back via land border nobody had it there, and they had a dedicated staff that were doing it for the people for 20 baht just before getting stampped in.. so all just formality.

I just submitted my portfolio.. first time I just sent them links to my 2 websites, but that was rejected, so I basically took a screenshots from my 2 websites and crammed it into a compressed pdf file... they were happy about it this way... did not need any contracts etc. (london embassy)

I think we are not far from people writing a book about their DTV arrival experience 🤣👍

I was wondering the same.. You are in a grace period of those 7 days when they cannot fine you.. so theoretically you should have no problem leaving the country as the fact of "leaving" is kinda like the reporting itself... But will they cause you trouble next time on immigration? Even tho it reset when you exited and you got a new stamp.. so, you should be fine.. but we are talking about Thailand.. it probably depends on the weather and the Officer mood that day 😃 In any case, the worst that could happen is that you will have to pay some fine... I don't think you would get into any serious trouble for this.
