I'm using Little Pet BKK for boarding. Paid them by Xoom. Once received money, they forward the pick up driver's driving license and phone number. They walk you through the process of boarding.
For legal stuff, Thai Embassy listed all requirements of getting import permit for your pet. Long arduous process, but worth it.
another option you might consider is to wait until no more quarantine, October'ish. Less hassle. It was quite an arduous process that I broke down crying when my COE was approved. In hindsight, it would have been more enjoyable to wait. Best wishes.
1. Vaccines: my understanding is that vaccines have to fall within the window of 14-30 days to the travel date. Find it hard to coordinate and too much of a headache to hang on to this option.
2. Even if you're qualified, most ASQ hotels require 11 nights booking(not days, yes, it's strange the way they calculate the quarantine period). If everything goes well, they'll refund the unused nights on your check out day. Their explanation is that there are too many uncertainties, so this is how it is.
3. I googled "ASQ agoda", then put in 7 nights. There were a couple of hotels available. There are a lot more available hotels when I put in 11 nights.
4. Cheap insurance: I found Luma past to be the cheapest and easiest obtain. Embassy approved it.
Above is my personal experience. Since I determined to come to Thailand with safety as a priority, I didn't hang on to 7 vs 10 days quarantine nor how they count 10 days quarantine.
***Agoda offers some free cancellation and pay later option. But please note, any changes in n flight and ASQ hotel booking, you have to update COE immediately before the flight.
Yes, it's been like that for me for the last 3 days. They are not answering nor record phone calls. And no answer to email. 2 weeks to my flight and I'm on pins and needles. I share your feelings.
