Does anyone here know how to bring your pet with you during this quarantine period? Thank you so much for any guidance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Bringing your pet to Thailand during quarantine requires thorough preparation and adherence to regulations. Pets are not allowed in Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) facilities. Expats recommend arranging care for pets prior to arrival, including hiring services like Little Pet BKK or Pet Hotel Bangkok. Essential documentation, such as an import permit, health certificates, and vaccination records, is critical for a smooth process. Some expats suggest sending pets ahead of time or utilizing relocation services for assistance.

As others have said: you can’t take your pet in ASQ, and when you arrive in Thailand you will not be able to go to the Suvarnabhumi quarantine station to collect your pet. We actually sent our dog 3 days ahead of us as cargo with Emirates, so we would still be home when she arrived and could make sure she was ok before we travelled ourselves, and engaged Pet Hotel Bangkok (just Google for them, we were very happy with their services) to pick her up from the airport. Make sure you have an import permit (I saw someone else already provided the email address) and all the necessary documents (vaccinations, rabies titer test results if applicable, health certificates, etc) and attach those to the kennel.
Our doggie’s trip went excellent with no hiccups and she arrived safe and sound, and she’s now with us in Thailand.

Oh, and one last thing: this is NOT cheap to do. Our dog’s trip, + getting all documents, + her 16 days in a pet hotel while we were in ASQ cost us more than what my wife and I payed for both our flights...

Thank you so very much. My baby is actually an indoor cat. I can easily pack what he needs to be in quarantine with me. But it looks like we have to be apart for a while. The links above are very helpful. Thanks again.

Freeze it before you eat it

also, make sure you complete ALL paperwork exactly as specified by the Thai Livestock office. Microchip # is extremely important and should be on ALL documents. you need an import certificate just to get your animal on the plane.
here is their email -

Someone who wrote on this site sent their dog ahead and had them lodged in a doggie hotel during quarantine. There are expat services that deal with this in Bangkok

No pets in quarantine. You have to arrange someone to collect your pet.
Hotels do not accept pets and how you going to walk a dog inside a hotel room when nature eventually calls 💩💩💩
