 I’ll add that you’ll have a choice between a single or multi re-entry permit.

Unsure of the current rate though.

I'm on a tourist visa, I know I'll have to go out to apply for a non-B before the definitive Work permit, but this WP3 is so unclear.

Can South Koreans get a 90-day visa by traveling from Penang to Thailand by land?

There’s no such thing as a normal 90 days visa.

60 days SETV that can eventually be extended for 30 other days.

Go, apply, get the visa and come back to Thailand by any way you want, as long as you pass an immigration checkpoint
