I got a notification from the app on day 7. After you get the notification you can then upload your results. As soon as I uploaded the results I went from medium risk orange to low risk green.

this is so true. Only Americans would ask on a visa application if you are a terrorist. If a terrorist was apply for a visa do you the American immigration think that they would answer yes.
