TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a negative test result on day 5 of your quarantine in Thailand, you should send a picture of the results to your hotel. If you're having trouble uploading the result to the Morchana app, it's recommended to wait for a notification from the app, which may arrive around day 7. Some users suggest reinstalling the app to resolve upload issues. The hotels prefer not to handle these protocols directly.

Our notifications came through on day 7 in the app.

I contacted my hotel on the 5th day. They told me to reinstall the app. Which I did, and on the notifications there was a link. Where it asks for number put ATK. Then send. My status went to green again.. The hotels don't really want to deal with it. The app us simple enough.

Have you had a notification from the app asking you to upload the results?

Just wait until you get the notification. I got mine on day 7
