Hi Doug, might it be possible for you to share your experience upon your return after your visit back from Australia? We will face similar situation in few months time as we will be applying for our extension before heading back to our home country for passport renewal.

, this is new to us. We have never heard of this latest you mentioned for our situation. We are both foreigner. My non o visa has been applied depend on my husband non oa retirement visa. We have all documents needed which is all legally owned and we have the necessary insurance policy too. Will need to do more research abt this

, many thanks. We will try asking and hope it will work. To answer your question, we owned a house here in rayong and our 800k each are in fd account and have never been touch since day 1 we are here.
