Okay! I am not married to a Thai nor do I have children. So I guess there is no getting around the border bounce for the Non-B multiple entry visa that I have? I was hoping there would be a smart entrepreneur who arranged a quick, safe Thai govt.-approved border crossing flight turn around βοΈπ ... or some exception since I do have a valid visa. Visiting the Immigration office in Samui I suppose wonβt help? Nor getting a letter from my Embassy (U.S.A.) or local Thai sponsor or a hospital if I had a planned non-Covid treatment/surgery? (p.s. BIG gratitude for the ongoing support/info flowing from the admins of this page. βοΈ)
Thank you! I understand we are waiting for the amnesty to be published in the royal gazette BUT does it seem this would apply to non-imm business visas that require border bounces?
