It's about 50 dollars from Arizona with USPS. Don't use ups or FedEx. I do it often with size 14. Put the name to receive in a Thais name if you can. You won't have issues with customs with USPS.

I've done it in Phnom Penh a handful of times pre-covid but everywhere is a pain in the ass now, some require appointments, or are not doing it at all. Penang used to be easy as well, all about 100 dollar flight.

Billy Brown Flew in with a 60 day tourist visa I got in Portugal, which isn't my home country. I've never heard of a 9 month tourist visa, that would be nice.
