newbie here but I get confused that you can’t open a bank account without a certain visa but need 800 thousand in a bank account to get a visa ?

please can I ask - if you keep staying year after year - you would need health insurance each year ? Just wondering if it gets hard to get ? ( health insurance ) not my problem now but thinking of the future ?

try it. !!! You may be lucky - spent 6 months there and the word soon goes around the local police that there is a new gringo in town ! My American friend lived there last year for a while and needed a visa etc

you can’t just drive to Mexico and live there !! You need to provide proof of income - funds - etc … sound familiar !!
