The visa system vs the banking are two different animals. Depending on your branch the visa system is fairly straightforward. The banking system, mainly Bangkok bank is in complete disaster mode at the moment.
interesting ive always been told its a "just in case" kinda deal but never heard of someone having it be requested. Was there some issue with your bank or something?
Oh ya, Korat is one of those, they require 3 months of statements. And im not taking the money out, just moving it from Bangkok bank to Krungthai basically
Righto, sorry still learning all the terminology. The lady at immigration said the 90 day non O was a "visiting family" visa, and then i apply for the "marriage part" but again not the best english but ya. Ok cool gracias for the reply as always
Oh no i already did the 90 day. This is for the Marriage part. And trust me it was comparable to traveling through morodor trying to destroy the one ring haha. But ya i already did the 90 day, so this would be the extension then? so should be ok then?
Ok fair enough. But i thought once i go get my actual stamp, after the in consideration part, that gives me the year? So dont i have i guess itd be 6 months before i need the money in my account again?
ya thats true. But thats also why immigration doesn't like them. I think dtv should stick around. You get outside money coming in. Long term residents will usually spend more money etc etc.
