Ya. There are quite a few care homes here. I'm actually thinking of starting one haha. Do some research though before you commit. Not sure where your from. But you can get great care for easily half the price as in the US.

Shop around before you jump on with one place. I'm trying to do the same. And the price difference has been absolutely insane. I got a 70,000 baht difference in prices for them.

The problem with the education visas are they are being heavily abused. And immigration is starting to crack down on them. As long as you are doing it legit you should be OK. And there's the talk of that digital nomad visa. Like the LTR one but only I think 5 years and lesser requirements
