you cannot be the sponsor of your wife. We even stated our own financials plus her and mine bank records. My mom volunteered to be a 3rd party sponsor if it were to help.

well but that's the thing. We've already been married for 2 together for 4. We have a good size piece of land we are building and business together on here. And yes brought all that. They just never bothered to look at any of it

so yes I've heard that to. But why put the person through all the hassle? A simple email would suffice. I mean we drove 4.5 hours one way. Spent the night in a hotel then the 6600 baht for the application... I mean that sounds like a massive scam
