baha. You obviously dont read any other comments here huh? Banks are all different, yellow book process is all different. Everyone's experiences and requirements are all different... so "thai legislation" has nothing to do with it.

I haven't either. But this freezing accounts debacle is a bit scary. I actually like Bangkok bank. I've never had issues. But if they freeze my account I have to drive to hua hin, 9 hours, and fix it. And some people are reporting weeks of their account frozen.

i dunno its just very... disheartening with all of these changes and regulations and stuff they are implementing. Im married to a thai lady and we have a business here. And all this recent stuff is going to have massive ripple effects in the future.
