Ok fair enough. But i thought once i go get my actual stamp, after the in consideration part, that gives me the year? So dont i have i guess itd be 6 months before i need the money in my account again?
ya thats true. But thats also why immigration doesn't like them. I think dtv should stick around. You get outside money coming in. Long term residents will usually spend more money etc etc.
You will need to get the Non O family visa first. Which is 90 days. Then 20 days prior to expiring. Go apply for the Non O marriage. And good luck. Its what im doing now and oh boy its fun.
As much as I agree the Ed visa was abused. It was also advertised that way. And the "volunteer" visa prior to that. Immigration knew schools were selling BS Ed visas. Same thing with the current DTV visa. The intention is good but its being wildly abused.
Their visa suspended? Or the account? I mean both are equally as bad. I am going to immigration on friday for my marriage visa again, i pray that it stays open until then.
I think this move is not only going to affect current visa holders and accout holders. I think its going to cause a wave of distrust and uncertainty in future foreigners coming here.
