Thanks Tod. Now, we have this situation that we would like that my company in Thailand applies for my WP while I am working abroad and you had mentioned earlier that they can do that by using the WP method 3. Could you maybe advise what the process is in that case i.e. do the company apply and then if all is fine, they send me the form from the Ministry of Labor and the other documents needed and I apply with that when applying for non O or they don't need to send me anything so I go there with my marriage certificate and they issue the visa but the WP is waiting for me in Thailand? (Sorry for the long one).
