Where are you applying? It is best to keep the 500k total simple to avoid requests for "additional statements with a clear final balance". Revolut is not accepted by all embassies.

Email them again with the date/time stamped pics. They could reject or ask to submit again but contact them ASAP to negate rejection.

Depends on where you apply some places like Malaysia require 6 months of seasoning, others 3 months and some are ok with a few minutes old deposit. Where are you applying?

UK has approved with deposits 1 hour old before submission. It has no seasoning requirement.
