You also need the immigration form of entry and exit. When I applied in Dec, it was not needed but from Jan it is a requirement.

Anonymous participant Ok, very unusual but Vietnam seems to be tightening up it's approvals of DTV. Local airlines may have received additional instructions too regarding check in for DTVERS.

6-8 months can be covered by a METV. In Japan I know more applying with 9 plus months.
