Can I use a Revolut bank statement, including Pockets, as financial proof for the DTV visa application in Thailand?

Hey, I have a question about the financial proof of 500,000 THB required for the DTV visa application.

Is it possible to use a bank statement from Revolut for this, and do the Pockets count as part of the total balance?

I use Pockets a lot to separate my funds, so not all of the money is always in the main account. On the Revolut statement, there’s a balance summary at the top showing “Account (current account)”, “Personal and Group Pockets”, and then the “Total”.

The full statement shows all current account transactions first and then lists the Personal & Group Pockets separately.

Has anyone had experience using a Revolut statement like this for the DTV visa proof of funds?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The query revolves around the use of a Revolut bank statement for demonstrating financial proof of 500,000 THB required for a DTV visa application in Thailand. The user wants to know if the balance in 'Pockets' on the Revolut statement can be counted towards this total. Responses indicate that acceptance varies by embassy, with suggestions to verify with specific embassy websites, as Revolut is not universally recognized as a bank. Keeping the financial documentation straightforward is advised to minimize complications.

Forgot the most important information: which Embassy.

Search for that specific Embassy and read their website

The more simple your setup is, the bigger chance of success.

Maybe just check if Revolut has a bank license in your country.

Where are you applying? It is best to keep the 500k total simple to avoid requests for "additional statements with a clear final balance". Revolut is not accepted by all embassies.

I've no idea about pockets but revolut is not universally recognised as a bank so whether its accepted or not will likely depend on where you apply and where you apply from
