I used to send from Nationwide, you can leave the IBAN section blank specifically for transfers to Thailand. That said, I now just use Wise as it's way cheaper and much faster

Officially the landlord of wherever you are residing is the one to file the tm30.

Unofficially landlords don't care except for when signing a lease, and immigration only cares once every 7 years for about 4 months before they forget about it's existence again.

Don't follow my advice, but I wouldn't worry about it if you're going to be moving into a new place soon.

sorry I should have been more specific. What I meant to say was there was shown to be no evidence of an increase in occurrences of blood clots after vaccination, after several investigations in multiple countries.

Ah ok, I haven't seen anything definitive on side effects other than the blood clots which was proven to be a false alarm. As for effectiveness there's a very useful explainer video for what the numbers actually mean (if you're interested)
