because I have to return to work in Canada in September. Canada has a 14 day quarantine policy so I’ll need to leave Thailand mid august.

your correct. I saw a post a few weeks back with an image posted and the price was increased to 900b I believe. but i see on her website it is still 400b

I think she has become less responsive as she's gotten much busier and she increased her prices (its sill probably the cheapest but she did increase)

try to combine the documents into one (if they are separate) and highlight the dates.

Of if they are 1 document, separate into 2, and highlight the dates. Also change the file names to the date of insurance. that may help.

all else fails email them directly with the 2 documents and your reference number stating you have insurance that covers your period of stay

a tourist visa is 60+30 (including the quarantine). Visa exempt is 45+30
