I just installed the Thailandplus app. on my phone ready to fly to the Phuket Sandbox but it will not open. Is this because it does not work until entry to Thailand or should it work here in the UK and allow me to register my ID and COE reference please? It could be because my phone is very low on storage space.

I'm supposed to arrive in Bangkok tomorrow from France. I've got all the documents required. However I downloaded the ThailandPlus app and it does not work. When I try to launch it, my phone crashes and I do not get any chance to access the app. Anyone has experienced a similar thing?

What should I do? Can I fly without that app? Is there another way? Or should I buy a new phone just to get a chance to use the app.

I've got my COE and all supporting documents. I have yet to get the covid test and fit-to-fly certificate. I've downloaded the "ThailandPlus" App to my phone and scanned through the intro. I'm not quite sure what I will be using this for, it's necessity, and how soon before my departure I should start fiddling with it.
