Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi is rejecting my COE again and again with the reason that "Fail to submit Insurance that cover a period of one year from the date of travel." They are not even scrolling down to see the whole documents

My current Insurance which is valid from 17-Aug-2020 to 17-Aug-2021 .My Next Insurance which is valid from 17-Aug-2021 to 17-Aug-2022 .

Could you please help where to escalate this matter as i already written so many mails to counselor but no one understanding .

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing repeated rejections of their Certificate of Entry (COE) application by the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi, which states the reason for rejection is the submitted insurance not covering a full year from the date of travel. The user's insurance spans two different periods but they're submitted as separate documents. Commenters suggest contacting the insurance provider to issue a single certificate or combining the documents with highlighted dates to clarify coverage. Other users mention their successful experience with different insurance companies and encourage trying to reach out to the Thai visa center for assistance.

My insurance company issued a covering letter, including dates and specific Covid cover etc. This was accepted. I used Luma/Tune

They rejected mine (original translation from cz to en). In the next document (separate paper) the insurance stated that even covid is insured based on our local rules (if country is red = no, if country is green = yes, depending on the current situation determined by local ministry of affairs). Not accepted.

So I bought AXA Thailand and approved within minutes.

try to combine the documents into one (if they are separate) and highlight the dates.

Of if they are 1 document, separate into 2, and highlight the dates. Also change the file names to the date of insurance. that may help.

all else fails email them directly with the 2 documents and your reference number stating you have insurance that covers your period of stay

Can you contact your insurance company to issue it as one certificate rather than 2?
